SECURITY MEASURES TAKEN BY THE B&B MONTEGALLO TO COMPLY WITH THE GUIDELINES OF THE MARCHE REGION ABOUT COVID-19 PREVENTION
B&B Montegallo di Laura Cantatore in order to prevent and counter the COVID 19 emergency, in compliance with the guidelines issued by the Marche Region, implements the following measures in its structure:
1. Guests access
Before entering the property, all guests must wear a mask and gloves and, once they arrive, keep their social distance. The use of personal protective equipment is necessary and mandatory during check-in and check-out. The facility will provide hand hygiene gels.
2. Guest registration
In order to avoid gatherings, the guests received documents for registration via e-mail or whatsapp, before arriving at the structure. The room keys will be cleaned at each guest change. The guest is entitled to request that during the stay the cleaning staff do not enter the room. Guests have to change the air in the room by opening the windows.
3. Cleaning the rooms
The daily cleaning will be that in use in the structure, unless the guest asks that cleaners does not enter the room during his stay. The sanitization will be done with 70% ethyl alcohol solution at the change of each guest and will concern:
– floors and toilets;
– all surfaces of furniture and objects that have come into contact with the guest;
– refrigerator and microwave oven available for guests;
– handles, pushbuttons and switches
4. Fans
Each rooms of the structure is equipped with fans which will be sanitized for each guest change.
5. Colazione
The property will not provide breakfast during the coronavirus emergency period.
6. Symptomatic case
In the event that a guest has fever and symptoms of respiratory infection during the stay, he must promptly communicate it to the owner of the facility, who will immediately inform the health authorities.
7. Responsibility of the operator
The manager will put in place all conditions for compliance with the rules established by the guidelines of the Marche Region, however he will not be responsible for any contrary conduct by guests.
