Terms

1.PRICES
The B & B MONTEGALLO comes with 1 suite 1 double and 1 single Bed with the possibility of 7 beds:
– Double room ………. € 60/70 daily
– Single room ……… € 35/45 daily
– Additional bed ……. € 30 daily
– For longer periods up to 30 days …… .from agree
The prices will remain unchanged for the whole year 2015/16

2.BOOKINGS
– The reservation of the room is complete when a confirmation is recieved either by telephone or email from the B & B MONTEGALLO, will follow within three days sent by the host of the advance of 30% of the entire stay in title deposit, indicating the purpose of payment, date of arrival / departure, and the number of people. Payments by bank transfer IBAN: IT 41 F 08549 37491 000000091874 and you must send a separate copy to bbmontegallo@gmail.com Email or fax 071/7108865
– After 3 days without recieving the payment, the reservation will be cancelled.
– The balance will be adjusted on the day of arrival.

3.TERMINATION OF BOOKING
Visitors can withdraw from the booking only with written notice by email and the B & B MONTEGALLO will apply the following penalties and conditions:
– Up to 30 days before arrival the deposit will be refunded;
– After the 30th before the day of arrival the deposit will be retained;
In the case of late arrival or early departure, you must pay the full amount of the reservation. The customer is required to notify by email or by phone B & B MONTEGALLO in the event of late arrival; Otherwise, after 24 hours of the scheduled arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without the obligation to pay any compensation.

4.CHECK-IN /CHECK-OUT
The guests can check in from 12:00 to 18:00 on the day of arrival and must complete the chek out by 10:30 am on the day of departure.

5.TRAVEL PAPERS
Guests are required to possess a valid identification document (driving license, identity card, passport), so that the B & B MONTEGALLO can file it and send it to police headquarters in Ancona, as it is a mandatory law.

6.OBLIGATIONS OF B & B MONTEGALLO
The B & B MONTEGALLO agrees to provide the services advertised on the site. The property is exempted from liability if the failure is due to the guest or depended on circumstances or mayor force.

7.OBLIGATIONS ( HOST)
The guests are obliged to respect the rules of the B & B MONTEGALLO in particularly:
– Smoking indoors (may do so ONLY in the balcony)
– Generate loud noises
– Cooking
– Bring pets
– Bring people not listed on the booking
The guest is personally liable for any damage caused to the structure and will provide a compensation for the damage immediately.

8.CLAIMS
In the case of an absence of something that was offered by the host at the B & B MONTEGALLO it will be fixed and taken care of without any delay by the Host.

9.FINAL DISPOSITIONS
These instructions and conditions are an integral part of the contract that the host will conclude with the B & B MONTEGALLO and the transfer will be deemed to be accepted.
